This was a debut album the great Kevin Murphy and I recorded for EMI in 1999. It was recorded in a beautiful church in London. It includes Liszt, Duparc, Wagner and Strauss.



Les Troyens

The amazing opera by Berlioz, with Sir Colin Davis conducting. It won 2 Grammy awards, the 2002 Gramphone award, and the critics' choice award for classical Brit awards.



Mahler 3 and Kindertotenlieder

This was part of the San Francisco Mahler cycle. We recorded the Kindertotenlieder a week after 9/11/2001, which was a very difficult but healing time for us. It won a grammy. The cd was released in 2004.



Das Klagende Lied

Mahlers "first" symphony, written for a competition. We recorded this in 1997. The soloists are Marina Shaguch, Thomas Moser and Sergei Leiferkus. MTT conducted the SF symphony.


Mahler 3

This was recorded in 1998 with Jesus Lopez-Cobos and the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.




Jeremiah-The Age of Anxiety

Leonard Bernstein's 1st two symphony's. Leonard Slatkin conducted the BBC orchestra in 2001.




Of Rage and Remembrance

Leonard Slatkin conducted the National Symphony Orchestra on this all John Corigliano CD. It won a grammy in 1997 for best classical album.
